Brain tumors and cell phones

We text on our cell phones, we make multiple calls a day,  we play games and use the applications on our phones and people even sleep with their cell phones. Is this too much togetherness? Apparently some people think so. An article on the Fox News website shows that $30 million was spent alone on studying cell phones. Some researchers found a link between the long term use of cell phones and brain tumors. It’s odd to think that through communicating with others, you could end up with a health issue affecting your head. According to the article called “Report: WHO to Announce Cell Phone, Brain Tumor Link,” the radio frequency radiation affects our brains. The articles said that after the use of mobile phones for a period of 10 years or more one can potentially get a brain tumor.

But on the same website, there are also articles about how cell phones can affect sperm quality. The Cleveland Clinic conducted a study where they found that, “men who used their cell phones the most had poorer sperm quality than those who used them the least.” Personally, I think this is kind of far-fetched.

Today, it seems as if everything is going to harm humans, although the extent of the harm is sometimes minimal. I think people should continue to use their cell phones as much as they like, and stop worrying about petty things. Life ends eventually anyway, but I doubt, in most cases, the result will be from using your cell phone too much.
